EVENT BRIEF

Conduct a private staff party for 2000+ guests with a carnival theme, in an outdoor venue and create a fun filled zone with games, entertainment and food.

OUR PLAN

A carnival theme which combines a street food vibe with food trucks that serve 5 Star food, carnival themed décor, games and entertainment.

And for the family fun outdoor venue we picked Zabeel Park Mega Bowl to execute this event.

THE OUTCOME

• A carefully planned event with securities guarding the event premises, deploying our team members to the entrance gates, and planning a smooth entry system for the guests.
• Custom made décor, complementing the venue from day to night; with the ribbon décor area fluttering its vibrant colors during the day and the festoon lights illuminating the seating areas throughout the night.
• Colorful food trucks serving 5 Star food
• Ensuring the activities caters to both kids and adults, such as, Life Sized Inflatable Games, African Drummers, Carnival Parade, DJ, and Glitter Face Painters etc.
• The biggest achievement, with combined efforts, was executing this large-scale event cost effectively and tastefully. And delivering 5-star food to a crowd of 2000+ whilst maintaining the theme.
